Situated between Brookfield, Muskego, Waukesha and West Allis, New Berlin has gained a reputation as a great place to invest in real estate. The community has a large selection of single family homes and condominiums that are usually priced from $300,000 to $700,000. The community has a number of parks and schools. It also has a lot of commercial areas for convenient shopping. Additionally, one of the Milwaukee area's most popular shopping mall, Brookfield Square is only a couple of minutes from the New Berlin border.
On the Fourth of July, New Berlin shows its patriotism by hosting a parade and festival. The festival is a fairly large one with live entertainment.
